Global Parts Network, LLC is in the business of insuring maximum time and place utility for both VIPAR suppliers and VIPAR distributors.

GPN's mission is to provide seamless service support exclusively for the VIPAR network of suppliers and distributors.

GPN depends on VIPAR supplier partners for product first... it is not interested in introducing additional, redundant offshore product or suppliers to its supply stream unless warranted.

GPN functions as a supply support system by:

Smoothing supply and demand lumps for its suppliers

Providing physical logistical support (like cross docking and consolidation) to take advantage of VIPAR network efficiencies

Insuring supply during unforseen demand spikes... especially those caused by unpredictable OEM build patterns... which result in temporary aftermarket capacity shortages and/or overages

Breaking bulk, packaging and private or co-branding commodity type product to assure VIPAR a competitive market position

GPN's primary concern is the strengthening of relationships among all levels of the VIPAR team... to continue to grow market share and customer support for both VIPAR's supplier partners and distributors.
